Josh and Dream House Virginia made buying our first home an easy and enjoyable experience. Josh was reliable, honest, and highly communicative throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate all of his assistance and support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Josh was fantastic to work with from start to finish. My co-buyer and I came into this process with a somewhat complex situation — co-purchasing a home in Richmond — and Josh navigated every detail with professionalism and patience. He was responsive, transparent, and made sure we both understood each step along the way. We closed on our Church Hill home feeling confident and well taken care of. If you're buying in the Richmond area and want a mortgage broker who actually treats it like a relationship and not just a transaction, Josh is your guy. Highly recommend.

Josh and Dream House Virginia were amazing with our home purchasing experience. Super professional and thorough and really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable that we were getting a fair deal. Would give more than 5 stars if google allowed me.

I was referred to Joshua from another lender who thought it would be very difficult to acquire a loan for the property I was interested in. Joshua made it all possible, we got the property and everything went smoothly and quick! He was great to work with, always available to answer questions, and if he couldn't talk at the moment he always responded with a quick text when he would call! I would highly recommend him to help with your loan especially if you have a difficult situation like I had because he's the guy that can get it done! He's a go-getter and will not stop until he's won for you. Thank you Josh for all your help❤️

Dream House Virginia made the mortgage process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Josh was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain every option available to me. He worked hard to find a great rate and made sure everything stayed on track throughout the process. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was about FHA, VA, and refinancing options, and he genuinely cared about helping me make the best financial decision. Highly recommend Dream House Virginia to anyone looking for a trustworthy mortgage company in Virginia!

Me and my girlfriend just bought our first house, and Josh made going through the home mortgage process informative and stress-free! He kept us in the loop every step of the way, made sure to get us the best deal possible, and made the entire process as easy as possible. We will definitely be using him, and Dream House Virginia, for our next home purchase. Thanks Josh!!
